We think that Organizational Health is going to become increasingly important as companies realize it is a source of competitive advantage. WorkplaceDynamics has run an <a href="http://www.workplacedynamics.com" rel="nofollow"> employee survey</a> at over 5,000 organizations in the last year. We then looked into how the publicly listed companies performed on the stock market. We found that the companies that were Organizationally Healthy showed a strong tendency to outperform their peers over the long term. We hope that the message you point out in your article - that Organizational Health leads to long term success - receives broad support.
